Event/Series Safety Support

The mission of the Kurt Caselli Foundation is to protect and support the lives of off-road riders. We are always looking for ways to help enhance race course and event safety by partnering with promoters, clubs, and series that are dedicated to putting the safety of riders first. Please complete the below application for consideration.

• Funds are to be used for additional safety measures and not for those that are already required.

  • Note: Typically, any approved funding will be applied directly to the invoice of safety services/products.

• The Kurt Caselli Foundation strictly requires all organizations and clubs to obtain necessary approvals for events. Non-compliance with this requirement will lead to the withdrawal of our support.

• Timely cleanup of course markers and proper use of course marking/safety supplies are mandatory. Any failure in these responsibilities will lead to a reconsideration and possible termination of our support.

• Safety requests should be pre-discussed at the beginning of the season.

• Support funds are available for course marking safety and new or improved-upon initiatives that will help you host a safer event. • Applications should be submitted by January 31st or July 31st for consideration of the following 6 months. Requests for support with less than 30 days notice *may* not be accepted.

• The Kurt Caselli Foundation primarily comprises volunteers who need time to review, discuss, and implement your support requests.
